What to submit

Use Add a lane for a missing bus or bicycle lane. Mark the start and end, direction and type, and attach relevant evidence photos and a useful note. Do not submit an existing lane again or invent signs, dates or locations. Do not photograph while driving, enter restricted areas or place yourself or others in danger.

Respect privacy and ownership

Use photos you took or have permission to submit. Avoid identifiable faces, vehicle plates, private documents and unrelated personal information. Do not upload hateful, abusive, sexual, unlawful or misleading material. Evidence is available to you and authorized reviewers; approved lane information can be displayed. Report inappropriate content or ownership concerns through Contact Us.

Review, rewards and appeals

Administrators check whether a lane is missing, distinct and supported by evidence; they may approve, reject or mark a duplicate. Five approved lanes across both types earn the reward displayed in the contribution flow. Rewards have no cash value, do not start recurring billing and may wait for compatible access before activation. Review and future reward settings can change, but an earned reward retains its recorded terms. Use a support ticket to appeal, with the contribution reference and additional evidence.
