Our service and your agreement

These terms apply between you and the seller identified on Contact Us. YolLane provides route planning and navigation information for Azerbaijan. Review the service description, these terms and the privacy notice before registering or ordering. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement, or valid authorization from a legal representative. An organization’s representative must be authorized to act for it. You can read and save these terms before purchase.

Road rules always apply

Use YolLane only when safe. Follow actual signs, signals, restrictions, police directions and road conditions over any suggested route. Stop safely before adjusting the app or taking evidence photos. Coverage, GPS, traffic and arrival estimates can be incomplete or delayed. Buying Premium does not authorize a private vehicle to enter a bus lane. Emergency mode is available only to verified emergency-service organizations; it neither dispatches help nor grants legal exemptions or right of way.

Accounts, access and acceptable use

Keep your account and email secure. A membership belongs to one YolLane account and works on your signed-in devices. Do not resell access, share paid accounts, bypass plan restrictions, overload the service, scrape protected datasets or access other people’s records. YolLane grants limited personal use of the service, not ownership of its protected content. Third-party map data remains subject to its own licence; these terms do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-data licence.

Plans and prices

Free includes driving with minimal, non-interrupting banners. Plus adds cycling; Premium also adds bus-lane information. The USD base prices are $5 and $15 per month. Azerbaijan web checkout must display the payable AZN amount, applicable taxes and any disclosed charges before confirmation; a USD reference is not a payment authorization. Native stores display their own local price and tax treatment. Emergency access is individually agreed with verified services and has no public purchase price. Only available, configured payment methods can be used.

Orders, activation and monthly renewal

Review and correct your plan, account and payment choices before confirming. We activate paid access after the payment provider verifies the transaction; a redirect or processing screen alone does not confirm payment. Web renewal uses the amount, currency and interval explicitly accepted at checkout. Apple/Google purchases and renewal are governed by the store confirmation and store controls. A saved card or reward alone does not authorize a new subscription. Check your account and provider receipt for the paid period; contact us about discrepancies.

Contributions and membership rewards

Submit only accurate lane information and photos you have the right to share. You retain your rights in the photos and permit YolLane to securely store, review and use submitted evidence to maintain lane information and assess rewards. Evidence is not licensed for unrelated advertising. Five distinct approved bus/bicycle lanes combined qualify for the reward shown in the contribution flow; the current default is one month of Premium. Duplicates and rejected reports do not count. Rewards do not start paid subscriptions. You may challenge a review decision through support.

Service changes, suspension and liability

We may restrict access when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or a material breach, with an explanation and review route where lawful and practicable. You may stop using the service, cancel renewal or delete your account. Material changes to paid terms must be communicated before they apply; a price change must not silently authorize a different web renewal amount. Navigation estimates are not guarantees, but nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning defective or undelivered services.

Applicable law and disputes

Azerbaijan law applies, including the Civil Code, electronic-commerce, consumer-protection and personal-data laws, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact us to seek a resolution; you retain the right to approach the competent consumer authority, data authority or court without a compulsory private arbitration clause. Azerbaijani, English and Russian versions are provided for accessibility; a translation difference cannot remove a mandatory right. The order confirmation and agreed price govern the specific purchase, subject to law.
