Who is responsible

YolLane is a Scrybix Solutions product. The seller/operator’s legal identity and contact details are published on Contact Us and below. This policy covers information we process for YolLane. Providers such as Apple, Google and your payment provider also process information under their own notices. Azerbaijan’s Law on Personal Data governs the rights and duties described here.

Information and purposes

We use your email, display name, sign-in provider identifiers, language, preferences and consent history to create and secure your account. Membership, order and transaction records support access, billing and disputes. Support messages and emergency-service applications are used to handle your requests and verify eligibility. Lane reports contain coordinates, direction, notes and photos; reviewers use them to assess missing lanes and rewards. Approved lane information may appear on the map, but evidence photos are not a public gallery. Connection information, rate-limit identifiers and security events help prevent abuse and diagnose service failures.

Location and optional background navigation

With device permission, your location is used to show your position, request routes and guide an active trip. Search, routing and map providers receive the queries, coordinates or map area necessary for their service, along with connection information such as IP address. Screen-lock navigation requires a separate choice and the relevant device permission. Stop the trip to stop that background navigation. We do not use route coordinates to target advertising or infer your home or workplace.

Optional analytics and your consent

Usage, diagnostics, navigation and precise GPS sharing have separate choices. On new mobile installations from version 1.1.17, these choices are preselected on the first-launch disclosure, but collection starts only after you tap Agree and continue. Continue without sharing turns them all off. Existing saved choices are preserved. Website analytics remains off until you allow it. They can include app interactions, device/installation identifiers, performance, trip events, road travel times and coarse location grids. Installation records can be associated with your account; they are not inherently anonymous. Precise GPS evidence needs an additional choice and is encrypted separately. Collection also depends on our service being enabled. You can withdraw these choices and request analytics deletion in privacy settings. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in; optional cookies do not subscribe you to email.

Legal grounds and control

We process information you provide for the stated account, service and support purposes, with consent where required, and where processing is required by applicable law. We do not treat accepting these terms as unlimited permission for unrelated processing or international disclosure. Permission to use device location and marketing/analytics choices are separate. If essential information cannot lawfully be processed, we may be unable to provide the related feature. Contact us to request the grounds, sources, recipients and safeguards applicable to your information.

Service providers and international processing

Hostinger hosts YolLane; Resend delivers email; Apple and Google provide native sign-in, maps or store services; Expo and Apple/Google push services deliver notifications. Search/map requests may also reach Photon/komoot, CARTO and OpenStreetMap-based services. Epoint and its banking partners process web payments when checkout is enabled. These providers may process relevant information outside Azerbaijan. Cross-border transfers are subject to Article 14 of the Personal Data Law, including the applicable protection or consent requirements; using YolLane alone is not blanket transfer consent. We may disclose necessary records to competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and notifications

We keep order references, amounts, currency, entitlement status and renewal consent. Saved web payment methods use protected provider tokens and limited card information; YolLane does not store full card numbers or CVVs. Native purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Push tokens identify a registered device; delivery uses your permission and preferences. Security and billing messages are operational messages. Unsubscribe from marketing in the email or your profile; support/contribution notifications have their own settings.

Retention and deletion

Account and service records are kept while needed for your account, requests, lawful obligations or disputes. Current analytics defaults are: precise evidence 24 hours (maximum 72), raw events/road observations/traces 7 days, session summaries 30 days, activity cohorts 90 days and aggregate traffic/statistics 365 days. Scheduled cleanup removes expired data in batches. Deleting your account clears live profile and identity data, revokes sessions, removes device registrations, redacts support messages and requests telemetry deletion. Private photos and Apple token revocation are retried by maintenance. Required billing/audit records, approved lane information without a public profile, and restricted recovery backups may remain. Contact us about retained records and applicable periods; deletion is not a promise that every backup is instantly erased.

Your rights and requests

Under applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your data, obtain information about processing and recipients, request access and correction, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request blocking or deletion where appropriate. You may also request information about security and any applicable system registration, certification or state examination. Identity verification and any legally required signed request may be necessary. Contact Us provides a route even if you cannot access your account. You may complain directly to the Electronic Security Service or a competent court; contacting us first does not remove that right.

Security, children and policy changes

Access controls, encryption for sensitive tokens and evidence, private uploads and restricted administration protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information about yourself or others. YolLane is not designed to collect children’s data; a parent or guardian should contact us about an unintended child account. We update this notice when practices change and obtain a new choice where required; publishing an update does not create consent for a new purpose.
