YolLane is a Scrybix Solutions product. Use the public contact details on this page for general questions, partnerships or help when you cannot sign in. Members can open a private support ticket and keep replies in one place. We support Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
Payments, cancellation and complaints
Include your account email, payment provider, order reference, date and the outcome you want. Never send a full card number, CVV, password or sign-in code. A support ticket is convenient but is not a condition for exercising statutory rights: you may also contact the seller directly using the details on this page.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, contact us with the subject “Privacy”. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing account data. Do not send identity documents in an initial ordinary email. Where a formal signed request is required by law, we will explain the appropriate channel. You may complain to the Electronic Security Service or a competent court.
Road safety and urgent help
YolLane support is not an emergency dispatch service and is not monitored as an emergency channel. Contact the relevant emergency service directly when urgent help is needed. Report map or lane errors only after stopping safely; include the road and direction without exposing other people’s personal information.
